Raspberry Sky
Share
This cocktail walks a fine line between delicacy and attitude. The pale aqua base hints at calm seas, but the vibrant trio of raspberries perched on top gives away what’s inside: bright acidity, layered fruit, and just enough sweetness to pull it all together.
It’s a cocktail that celebrates contrast. Creamy texture meets sharp citrus. Floral notes meet berry tartness. And the foam is where the real balance lives. Light enough to float, stable enough to last. That kind of control only comes from Cocktail Foamer.
The first sip is pure theatre. Citrus-forward, raspberry-driven, with a soft whisper of elderflower and a subtle blue curaçao undertone that adds depth and colour. It’s elegant without trying too hard. The kind of drink you serve when you want a reaction but not a lecture about specs.
Recipe: Raspberry Sky
Glass: Coupe
Method: Reverse Dry Shake (shake with ice first, then without)
Ice: Cubed (for shaking only)
Garnish: Three fresh raspberries on a gold pick
Ingredients:
-
40 ml Gin (floral or citrus-forward, like Hendrick’s or Four Pillars Olive Leaf)
-
15 ml Elderflower liqueur
-
25 ml Fresh lime juice
-
15 ml Raspberry syrup
-
10 ml Coconut syrup
-
5 ml Blue Curaçao
-
20 ml Cocktail Foamer (Unsweetened)
Steps:
-
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
-
Fine strain the liquid back into the shaker, discard the ice, and shake again to build foam density.
-
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
-
Garnish with three fresh raspberries skewered neatly across the rim.
Bright, floral, and subtly tropical, this is the kind of drink that turns a quiet evening into a conversation starter.
